Shipping & Returns
We ship all throughout the US! Orders will ship within 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (ie. mugs) and within 2-7 business days for apparel products (ie. caps)*.
Shipping throughout the US takes 3-8 business days (tracking is included). Please note the shipping price charged for mugs is to ensure the ceramic arrives to the destination safely and intact!
*The 'I Love Bunnies' T-shirt will be shipped separately (with tracking) and will ship within 1-2 business days and take 2-5 business days to reach its destination.
If you would like to expedite shipping to 1-3 days for an additional fee, please send us an email (firstname.lastname@example.org) before you place your order.
We also ship to Canada! Orders will ship within 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (ie. mugs) and within 2-7 business days for apparel products (ie. caps)*. Shipping to Canada will take 5-10 business days. The customer is responsible for any customs fees.
Continental Europe Shipping
We now are shipping to Europe! We can ship certain items and colors (ie. unisex shirts, sweatshirts, square pillows) to Europe at a low price! Orders will ship within 2-5 business days for non-apparel products (ie. mugs) and within 2-7 business days for apparel products (ie. caps)*. Shipping to Europe will take 5-10 business days and cost between $10-15 for 1 item. Rest of the World Shipping
We are currently working on additional international shipping! Please stay tuned! In the meantime, if you are international and really, really want to place an order please email us (firstname.lastname@example.org) for pricing information!
We want all customers to be happy with their purchase so please email us if you have any issues/concerns with your order.
There are no refunds, returns, or exchanges with the exception of the below.
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 1 week (7 days) after the product is received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no more than 1 week (7 days) after the estimated delivery date.
WRONG ADDRESS DISCLAIMER:
It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that the shipping address is entered correctly. If the wrong shipping address is provided, please contact us at email@example.com immediately! We will do our best to correct/change the address of your order, but we cannot guarantee the change. If the parcel is shipped with the incorrect address the courier will not accept an address change. If the parcel is returned and the buyer requests to reship the parcel additional shipping fees will be applied.
